These terms apply to the TabGenius browser extension and the tabgenius.flowtasks.io website. By installing the extension or using the site, you agree to them.

The service

TabGenius is a browser extension that organizes tabs, saves and shares sessions, snoozes tabs, and provides related productivity features. The free tier is available to everyone. Pro features are unlocked with a one-time payment or during a free trial.

Purchases and refunds

• Pro is a one-time payment of 5 USD processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• The Pro license is tied to the email address used at checkout and can be restored on any device with that email.
• If TabGenius does not work for you, email support@flowtasks.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Shared sessions

• Sharing a session creates a public link; anyone with the link can view the shared tab titles and URLs. Share responsibly.
• Shared sessions expire automatically after 180 days.
• You may not use the sharing feature to distribute illegal content, malware, spam, or links you do not have the right to share. We may remove any shared session at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent license checks, resell the extension, or use the API for purposes other than the extension's sharing feature at reasonable volumes.

Disclaimer

TabGenius is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost tabs, lost data, or any indirect damages arising from use of the extension. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Third parties

Chrome and the Chrome Web Store are products of Google LLC. TabGenius is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe under their own terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
